School Values

Each week we have focussed on a different school value and this week are ending with Honour Our Heritage. It has been a really good way to get familiar with the values and think about how we show them at school and beyond.

We have made brainstorms, written stories and lists, made posters and drawn pictures to describe some of our learning.

Every week 2 tamariki have received a certificate celebrating how they show the value of the week in their behaviour and attitude.

Not only does honour our heritage encourage us to consider out own history and what we know about our whanau - it also is an opportunity to think about the heritage of our school and community.
